Who Is Eligible for the CDCP?

Eligibility for the CDCP is determined by several factors

Canadian residents with an adjusted family net income under $90,000 annually.

Individuals without access to private dental insurance.

  • Children under 18

  • Adults aged 18 to 34

  • Adults aged 55 and over

  • Adults aged 35 to 54 with a valid Disability Tax Credit certificate

  • Preventive Services: Examinations, cleanings, and X-rays

  • Restorative Services: Fillings, crowns, and root canals

  • 100% for incomes under $70,000

  • 60% for incomes between $70,000 and $79,999

  • 40% for incomes between $80,000 and $89,999

Patients may be responsible for any remaining balance not covered by the plan.
